    • We only ship within Egypt.

    • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    • Zuzu covers the cost of return shipping.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

        •       Orders placed with addresses outside of Egypt cannot be processed.

        •       Standard delivery within Egypt usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
